Possible limit on purchases of 2nd homes in Whitby – Comments from our Managing Director

Following a recent local referendum in Whitby, it has been revealed that 92.3% of Whitby residents are demanding that housing be reserved for full-time residents in the town. Locals say the town is being overrun with second home owners and holiday lets which are driving up property prices and leaving most unable to afford to buy or rent homes in the area.
