We can give you that peace of mind. We have a brilliant local team who will take care of the everyday running of your holiday property as well as all its housekeeping and maintenance needs. From changing a light bulb to dealing with a broken boiler, we can take care of it. All this leaves you free from any guest contact and able to relax knowing that an experienced and conscientious business is looking after your property asset. We can also help to ensure your property is compliant with the ever-widening Government regulations.

We offer a competitive commission rate. We will take a percentage of your rental income, but this is typically lower than what other agencies charge.

Taking care of our guests

We provide unrivalled customer service to our guests.  Again, because we’re a small company, we deliver a personal service, and we get to know our regular customers well. Our housekeeping and maintenance team works from 9am to 7pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and are always ready to help if a guest has lost their key or needs a sink unblocking.

We also have our emergency out-of-hours cover that’s in operation from 7pm to 9am, 7 days a week, 365 days a year so our guests have peace of mind that they’ll be looked after no matter the time of day or night.

Our Working Hours

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm but we reply to quotations, enquiries and booking requests way past the time we close as well as over the weekend. Our maintenance team are available from 9am to 7pm, 7 days a week all year round (including Christmas Day!) – that’s just another way Shoreline stands out from the crowd.
