COVID-19 Question: How do I move a booking that I have with you?
If we have to close our properties due to being placed in a national lockdown or due to being placed in a tier that prohibits us from opening our doors to you, we will be happy to move your holiday to a future date. We will not charge a fee to do this but if there is an increase in tariff, this will be need to be paid when the booking amendment is made.

If you have made a booking with us and we are open for business but where you live is put in a tier that specifies you are not allowed to travel, we will either offer to move your booking to a future date or offer you a credit note for the full holiday value minus the booking fee. This will be valid for 2 years and can be used to book any of our holiday cottages at any time of year.
