COVID-19 Question: What if a lockdown or tier change is enforced while I’m staying in one of your holiday properties?
If the government stipulate that you must return home by law before the end of your planned holiday, we will calculate the cost of your lost holiday days and refund you. For example, if you booked a 7 night stay but were forced to go home after 5 nights, we would refund you the 2 nights.
If you are allowed to complete your holiday but choose to go home before the end of your planned holiday, we will not refund you for any lost holiday days.
