Broom House: Overview

Beautiful National Park countryside, moorland and coastline combine to offer the ultimate luxury hideaway in this special part of North Yorkshire. Whether it's the proximity of the nearby coastal resort of Whitby, the attraction of outdoor pursuits such as walking, bird watching, fishing, biking or pony trekking, or simply the desire to relax in perfect surroundings, this delightful setting in the North York Moors is an ideal base. cottage gallery banner

A south facing patio amidst an acre of wonderful garden in summer and cosy log fires in winter characterise this traditional North Yorkshire Moors accommodation, making it easy to see why it was awarded Trip Advisor's Certificate of Excellence Award 2017.

High standards of comfort are offered in all 6 bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities, digital TV, DVD and Wifi. A further double bedroom is available (at additional cost) by request in a separate cottage on site.

Bedrooms range from a large King with a luxurious king sized bed and wonderful views over the garden and the valley, a cosy characterful attic double with extensive views or a Junior Suite with a lounge area, feature fireplace and wonderful views of the valley from either side of the house.

There is a very large living area including a log burning fire, comfortable seating and a dining area for you and your party to enjoy spending time together. The well equipped kitchen and utility room are well designed and there is a smaller, peaceful sitting room to complete the accommodation.

Ample parking and with Whitby just 8 miles away, you can combine country and sea during your stay. Two very good pubs are located nearby Wheatsheaf Inn (5 minute drive) and The Postgate (10-15 minute walk).

2 night stays from £960. Longer stays available on request.
